I gave Mom the Seaweed Rash

Last Monday I woke up with an awful boil like rash on the right side of my neck just below my ear. Now this rash is still with me, 11 days later, although much better. At first I thought that Alex brought home poison oak from his visit the Sunday before to Horsey Grandma and Grandpa's house in Jackson. The have many poison oak plants surrounding their property. I was very verbal about my thoughts on the rash and I kept saying I got it from Alex. I did go to the doctor and he wasn't able to diagnose it (thank goodness it wasn't a staff infection!) so I suffered with this horrible looking entity on my neck through out our Vegas trip.

Last night I was talking with Neil about my rash and all of a sudden Alex pipes in with his comments, "I think you got it from me. From Seaweed(posion oak). You know, when I was working at Grandma's". "Oh yeah", I said, "You gave me this Seaweed Rash." And his reply in a very positive manner, "Yep, I gave you the Seaweed Rash."

So now I have been properly diagnosed. It is the seaweed rash. Maybe I need a long vacation on the beach with dips in the salty ocean to improve this rash!!
