So one thing I've tried to help prevent me from getting sick so much is a NetiPot. This is a warm water saline solution filled pot that you pour up your nose. You are supposed to use it daily up to 2 times a day and the benefits are reduced allergies and colds. I first heard of this NetiPot on Oprah last week when she had Dr. Oz featured doing his Q&A show. They had 2 women give their testimonies to how great it worked for them. I remember seeing the NetiPot on the self at Walgreens about a month ago and I thought at the time how disgusting and medieval it seemed. So in the depths of disspear, I purchased one this weekend and used it. Here are my product demo photos.

Oh wow. We have a lot in common. I CANNOT believe that you posted a picture of you using your neti pot!!! Acutally, I can believe it, because it's something I would do!!! I have one, too, and I love it! It was a little hard to use at first, but now it feels good.
I'm laughing so hard right now, this just made my day!!!!
