I highly recommened this book for anyone who thought they couldn't make homemade bread. I've been bakind bread for quit a few years and I am in love with this book. Try checking it out at your local library first or you can buy it on Amazon.com (my fav place to buy books)
This loaf was made buy using one of the basic recipes (water, yeast, salt, sugar, flour) but I decided to knead in raisins and sprinkle the top with a little bit of sugar.
I made a new batch this morning and added ground flax seed and ground oats for a nutty flavor.
